Hide Play

This is in response to the weekly challenge "Hide" at Illustration Friday. It's to honor my playful day with my darling 2-year-old niece. She had the most fun with Mike's hat that day. Take time for child's play today!

I love this illustration! How could anyone not feel better after looking at it (if feeling down prior to looking at it).

I love playing with my 4 year old nephew more than just about anything.

Great reminder!

Wonderful and lighthearted! The sun is fantastic, and I love the floating circles and dots. What a lucky niece to have played with you!

Awesome colors! Does playing w/dogs count for child's play?

Thanks to all of you for your kind comments and insights. Yes, colorful play is what a child's day should reflect. I wish I could have illustrated how beautiful my niece is, this doesn't do her justice. But, fun was expressed ')

What a happy summer-image! I imagine, that the colored circles are soap-bubbles? Love it.
