This is posted in response to Illustration Friday. This week's prompt is "Safari". Elephants are a symbol of wisdom in Asian cultures and are famed for their memory and intelligence.
I saw an amazing video about the incredible memory of elephants: they can paint outstandings pictiures (with training, of course), but incredible anyway... Beautiful image!
I am touched by all your comments. And I was delightfully surprised by the good eye of seeing those hidden animals - that I didn't even notice ;-] It was just my playful way of illustrating a tree in the safari.

In Africa too and their chief is an old female which shows the way to go. They have a great respect for the dead.
