This is posted in response to Illustration Friday. This week's prompt is "Trail". I went camping with a friend last weekend and he took a photo of an ant trail, so I was inspired by that for this prompt.
Very nice illustration! I just perused your previous posts and have enjoyed all of them. You know how to be succinct and illustrate the prompts so well! Always good to see your visit. Hope you've been well! Very nice ants!!
Makes me remember my childhood trips to the country side in Colombia... I was always fascinated by the trail of red ants carrying triangular pieces of leaves.

Love the perspective!
Wonderful! Makes me want to get the camping gear out right now!
Oh this is so cool. Love the ant trail. I love insects, so I'm completely won over!
Ahh, you found the cool ants, I see. Not the ordinary black or brown ones. These are the really hip ants that so deserve their very own illo!
Very nice. Always admire your work.
I find trails of these in my kitchen all the time. They don't look this cute at my house. Yours are so cute and fun! Great illustration.
They are fascinating insects to watch, so busy - these are very pretty.
Great take! Love the ant trail (not in my house, but in your illo!)

That's the kind of trail that will steal your lunch!
Do ants make everyone nostalgic?
What a fun bunch of comments. Ants sure do bring up a lot for all of us. Thanks!!
Too cool! Their little path crossed ours and all was in harmony. They do inspire awe.
Too cool! Their trail crossed ours in perfect fearlessness. They make their own way in the world...
The little ants were so brave! Building a trail right across our human trail without flinching. Ants rule...
