Frozen - IF


This is posted in response to Illustration Friday. This week's prompt is Frozen. The Seattle sky sometimes feels like it's frozen into greyness.

Fantastic image, I feel cold just looking at it. So simple and graphic yet conveys the feeling totally. It's like that here this week.
