We are blessed with snow in France now and every body is happy. The landscapes are so beautiful, different, like this one on your picture. ... However I hope it will not last a too long time. Near Paris, at th difference of the mountains of eastern or southern France we are not accustomed. It is so cold. Lot of people have no home and live in the streets, they don't like to be inside because the homes where they can sleep are often dangerous and dirty...

a better light source than the moon!
one of the things i love about snow cover is the light it reflects...and it's just everywhere.
at night, especially if it's cloudy, we don't need any lights to see.
your view is every bit as beautiful as those who live up in the mission valley...and i've always envied them their mountain.
