This is in gracious response to One Deep Breath. This week's topic is Change. Change is not an easy thing for me a lot of the time, and yet it is a constant in life. Autumn is a change that's hard to ignore and dislike....until I think of the long, grey winter ahead. I will practice embracing change more...
