Morning Light

snow fell late last night
the streets drew silent, wind howled;
a window of light

Golden Light

evening autumn light
a tunnel of gold and brown
cast tree trunk shadows

Big Leaf Maple

sun light fades daily
your body reveals its limbs
big leaf maple

Bronze Light

like a butterfly
you flutter and land gently
on grass a bronze leaf

This is in response to One Deep Breath

Fading Red

After the Rain

it's rained for weeks
grey skies make way for sun
mushrooms sprouting
